As time passed, improvements were made, and in 2006 the E110 Series of electric lock picks was introduced. We’ve taken the volume of knowledge gained in the past 25 years of manufacturing high-quality electric picks, and the result is our fifth-generation E500XT and E500C Electric Lock Picks. These picks provide high power in a compact tool… comfortable, easy to use, and covered by a six-month warranty for both parts and labor. The powerful, long-life motor is designed for both the E500XT and E500C for optimum performance. Like our previous models, the E500XT and E500C can be powered by rechargeable Ni-Cad or NiMH batteries, or standard Alkaline “C” cell batteries, so you never need worry about replacing expensive battery packs or throwing the tool away when it will no longer take a charge.  This version operates on 2 C-cell batteries, whereas the E500XT model operates on 3 C-cell batteries.
